At Flounar, we believe managing your subscription should be simple, transparent, and hassle-free. You can cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation fees or unnecessary barriers.

How to Cancel

You can request cancellation using either of the following methods:

  • Contact Form: Submit a cancellation request through our Contact page and include your name, order details, and a clear request to cancel your subscription.

  • Email: Send your cancellation request to info@flounar.com.

Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.

  • You may continue to receive any applicable subscription benefits through the end of your current billing period.

  • Cancellation requests submitted on or after a scheduled billing date will apply to the following billing cycle.

Refunds

  • If you are charged a subscription fee and request cancellation within 24 hours of the charge, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

  • After the 24-hour refund period has passed, charges for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. However, your subscription will be cancelled so that it does not renew for the next billing cycle.

After Your Subscription Is Cancelled

Once your cancellation has been processed:

  • Your subscription will be deactivated.

  • You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation.

  • No future subscription charges will be made.

  • You may resubscribe at any time, subject to the subscription terms applicable at that time.
